VIP Winemaker For A Day

Our winemakers will assist you in forming your own Bordeaux blend from a variety of wines such as Cab Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot, and California Cabernet Sauvignon. In this wine experience, you can take home a bottle of your very own Bordeaux blend - with a custom label! It’ll take you about 2 hours to complete this wine experience. Additionally, to make things easier, there’s a limit of 8-12 people. And, if you want another bottle, you can for only $45 each.

Enjoy exquisite food from local restaurants and chefs in Colorado Springs. In a span of a few hours, you will visit some of the five best and most unique restaurants in the downtown area. Each restaurant will have to serve you a good serving of their signature foods ready and waiting for you when you come in. As you proceed from venue to venue your expert tour guide will tell historical stories. The stories will include tales about the original Antlers Hotel, founder William Jackson Palmer, Pikes Peak, Spencer Penrose, the railroad, and more. If you are 21 years and older we include 3 drink pairings to complement your tour for just. These pairings may include wine, cocktails, hard cider, or Colorado craft beer and are set in advance according to your tour itinerary. Note: Public tour capacity is 12, please contact us if you have a larger group. We may be able to increase the tour capacity.
